Scientific Cutting Tools was founded in 1963 by Stanley Christopher, who was driven by a belief that American manufacturing deserved better tooling. Three generations later, we continue that legacy — designing, grinding, and coating every tool in-house to meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Los Angeles Avenue, Simi Valley, California, 93065   Position Overview   The Coating Technician will be responsible for applying various types of coatings to carbide cutting tools, ensuring quality and consistency in accordance with specifications. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of coating processes, maintenance of coating machine, and adherence to safety standards.   Key Responsibilities   Prepare tools for coating by cleaning, organizing, and staging.
